Living Labs Open Innovation

We encourage you to please forward this message to your potentially interested colleagues and networks.

Dear members of the AMI family of Communities,

Many of you are, I know, very interested in Living Labs and open innovation progress. Even many of you who have not yet registered yourselves specifically as members of the Living Labs Open Innovation Community no doubt share this interest.

We therefore wish to share with all of you the key news about these upcoming activities:

  1. The European Network of Living Labs Event, in preparation for the Portuguese Presidency, will be held in Guimarães, Portugal, on Monday-Wednesday, 21-23 May 2007.

The event will feature the launch of the Call for Applications for the "2nd wave" of the European Network of Living Labs which is expected to lead to 15-20 new Living Labs joining the European Network of Living Labs in October 2007 during the Portuguese EU Presidency.

Let us remember the Guimarães dates for our calendars. Details will be posted at http://www.openlivinglabs.eu.

  2. We will already have a chance to meet in Hasselt, Belgium, at the IBBT-iCity Living Lab, on 27 March 2007, followed by the Hasselt i-City event on 28-29 March 2007.

You will find below the invitation to this Living Labs Open Innovation Community and European Network of Living Labs event, and to the Hasselt i-City International Brokerage Event. The registrations are now open.

Please note that you will need to register separately for these 2 back-to-back events in Hasselt.

I look forward to co-creative events with many of you in Hasselt & Guimarães!
