The Libyan revolution might be over. On the other hand, it might be to early to say Hasta la vista.
The Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi is gone, his dynasty has been destroyed. The Libyan’s are trying to rebuild their society.
Nevertheless, the struggle for power isn’t over yet.
We’d a plan about green villages, digital villages, new and improved communities. The new rulers were looking for inspiring solutions abroad.
The modernization of new dictatorships will take years and decades.
Citizens will loose their temper and patience many times before things start to develop from worse to somewhat better.
