When we move into Enterprise 2.0

"This Web 2.0 era isn’t really about tagging or sharing photos or bookmarks any more than Web 1.0 was about buying pet food online or reading news online. It is about the emergent property of Collaboration that happens when a critical mass of people (or things) is interconnected and the technologies that facilitate collaboration. " Writes Early stage VC.

I agree, the company, corporate and business benefits are in Networking and Collaboration. Time and space shiftign has a value. The new web tolls allow SMEs to be present all over the world and we have the opportunity to find cross-border and cross-cultural partners at much lower costs than ever before. Getting connected and communicating isn't a big deal anymore. The difficulty lies in "Do I have something to say or to contribute."
