Four years ago, the narrow sidewalks along an eight-block strip of Central Avenue just east of downtown Albuquerque hardly resembled the kind of cozy neighborhood. I try to find the information. I listen to a story at YLE, our public radio, about a green city planning project in the vincinity of Albuquerque in New Mexico. I have a link to a city planning site, but I don't expect that this one is what I'm really looking for.
