Gadgets and Digital Life

I was talking with my friend in Bangladesh. The idea of having Prada phones or iPhone's with super slick design isn't so important anymore. The big issue is, how to get people on a global scale connected to "whatever network" to a reasonable price. The masses are really looking for ways to get connected. Mobile solutions will have a future, but the carriers have to change. We're going to need low-cost connections in the poor countries to make trade and business development possible. The design aspect has to go into the service providers business plans.
  1. Connectivity
  2. Ubiquitous computing
  3. Mobile
  4. Web 2.0
  5. TV
  6. Convergence
