Andalusia Open Source

Andalusia, Spain. They are doing battle with Microsoft. The projects are promoting Open Source software. It would save a lot of money to install open source on their computers. Windows Vista out but it’s becoming more and more expensive to update government computers. Even banks are considering the move from Windows to Open Source. I'll write more about this soon.
