Reviewing a successful 2012, Supercell CEO Ilkka Paananen said that the biggest lesson he took from the year was the importance of focus. “In my experience, it’s one of the most important things and also one of the hardest things to get right,” the CEO said. “It really means you have to be this guy who says no to all the time to all kinds of things. Focus is really not what you do, but what you don’t do.”
