What can we learn from the short term history of Le Web, Web 2.0 and social media.Digital Villages was a prototype of community development. We got started but there is still a lot to do.
The next step is to take the home page and update and adapt it to 2009 requirements.
DV started as local, regional and national thing but the concept can be applied to community development projects around the world.
