Altogether 59 concept notes were submittted to the JMA during the first phase of the first call for proposals. 51 concept notes passed the administrative check. The Selection Committee evaluated the concept notes on its meeting on 21st April. In order to be invited to submit a grant application the concept note needed to get at least 12 points on relevance (of a maximum of 15) and an overall score of at least 30 (of 50). 18 of the concept notes passed the evaluation and are invited to the second phase of the call. Some of the concept notes not selected were, however, considered to be of a high level, but more relevant from the point of view of some other theme. The grant applications are submitted to the JMA on 17th June at 3 pm. the latest. The decisions of the applications are to be made in September. |
