Education and health

Education and health care jobs are so attractive because unlike manufacturing jobs, which have steadily declined over the last 25 years, they are largely shielded from global competition.

As a society we continue to spend large sums of money, both in the public and private sector, on educating our students and caring for the health of our citizens.

Since good jobs will increasingly require more education and our population is aging, the long-term outlook for these sectors looks positive.

Education and health care also create jobs across income distribution, providing work for home health aides as well as college professors

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as well as proper training are transforming the way we work, play, learn, do business and communicate. They create, on a global scale, a new Information Society and open up new opportunities for development, prosperity and quality of life.

BENEFIT FROM INFORMATION SOCIETY

We believe that all citizens have the right to use the benefits that new opportunities of the Information Society offer. However, people with disabilities and elderly sometimes experience difficulties to access new technologies and services as well the training that they are offered is not sufficient for their inclusion in society.

TO SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Our scope is to support the People with Disabilities and elderly to overcome the existing barriers and to experience an Information Society Open to ImpairmentS (ISOTIS) through the use of innovative and accessible ICT and proper training.
